What a day! I’ve known this sweet family since I was a kid (the bride’s oldest sister was one of my closest friends…hey Kristin!) and I was so, so sad when they moved away from our small town, but the ways of technology brought us all back together, and I’ve been honored to watch all of them grow their families and successes. When Chelsea reached out to me to shoot her wedding, I couldn’t say “YES!” fast enough!
Chelsea and Trent married at Mulhauser Barn, with their closest friends and families in attendance, and with their 3 gorgeous children taking part in the ceremony with them. Jayda, the oldest, was even the maid of honor! However, Chelsea and Trent’s story started long before their wedding day when they met 7 years ago while both attending college at the University of Cincinnati. Fast forward to when it came time for Trent to propose, he chose Christmas morning. After cleaning up the mess from the treasures from Santa, Chelsea came back into the room to find Trent down on one knee in front of her and their children. A few weeks later, Trent took Chelsea’s daughter Jayda to a Daddy/Daughter dance and proposed to her too, knowing they came as a packaged deal (I’ve seen the video, and cried like a baby. Sweetest moment ever). Chelsea & Trent: Thank you so much for giving me the great honor to share your day with you and your families. I couldn’t be more happy for the two of you!! XOXO
Chelsea’s dad is a minister, so he walked her down the aisle, gave her away, and then officiated her wedding!
